Last responder will give a single word.  The next person will have to take that word and make it an acronym instead.  You can make that word stand for anything you wish.

E.g. CASE - Cars are small everywhere.

The person who replied and made the acronym then chooses one of the words in their acronym for the next person to try to make a new acronym.
