A New Server and Look!

I’m BG, the owner of TheMasque.net and long time member of WIKTT. I’m taking over The WIKTT Archives from Azrael, which is why the Archive is currently not accepting uploads.

The Archive is going to sit in a very special corner of TM and have its own database and front door, as well as a pathway from the main site. I've had TM for eight years and you can trust me - it's not going anywhere. Your links, once we get everything sorted, will be permanent. It will absolutely remain its own section and it will remain The WIKTT Archives. It will also remain unmoderated and will always welcome work from anyone and everyone over 18.

I wanted to let you all know that we’re hard at work transitioning the site to the new server and making sure that everything works right! We’re upgrading the databases and eFiction while we’re at it so you won’t have even more downtime later. It should run really smoothly when were finished and have a whole new look. Soon, we'll bring in a couple moderators (want to volunteer?) but only to keep everything tidy and answer question.

Get ready to upload your new work as well as your older work within the week. We have some fun new features, familiar stuff and a great group of people already on the main section of the site.

I will let you know as soon as we're ready to go. I look forward to seeing you all join us on The WIKTT Archives very soon!
