When you type a reply there should be a little tool bar above the text box.

On the bottom row, two from the left is a little painting/ image icon button.

Click on that and you get

But without the quote marks. Then you can enter a jpg picture from an online website if you paste the address between those two /img thingies.

Or if you want to ad a jpg from your own files click on "Additional options" down below the reply box.

Click on the "Choose File" button and just ad your pic. Must be smaller then 128 kb.

Simple huh?
