(With two provisos .....Not American and I am totally confused about the whole thing)

1. Remove current president.
2. Use buy out billions to give to those with mortgages instead of wall street fat cats. Thereby reducing consumer stress
3. Reduce taxes ~ effective immediately.
4. Pull troops out of Iraq and use war money on home issues.
5. Look at history for answers or what NOT to do.....
